  1. Hi Joseph,

I need to tell you, that this part one of your mini course is extraordinary. Your comment about being ahead with it hits the nail on the head. I’m one of those who use Scrivener already for a while and my handling of this amazing tool stems from available books about Scrivener. I’m a techie and used to read manuals, so that wasn’t a problem. Yet, you showed me a few ways to do some of my stuff easier from now on.

BTW, I’m using Scrivener’s Windows version ans couldn’t think of any better way to write. I jumped to it almost as soon as their Win version was available last year. Scrivener is addictive, and you help to spread this ‘addiction’ further. 🙂

Just a note on the side … I came to your site via ‘The Creative Penn’. We work hand in hand. So, thank her for spreading info about your Scrivener Coaching on her site. You rock. 🙂

    1. Hello Hans,

Thanks so much for the kind words. I’m thrilled to hear that you feel ahead of the game. That was my goal with this video. Can’t wait to share more soon. I have some really cool things in the works.

Oh and Joanna Penn is amazing! So cool to know you came to the site via The Creative Penn 🙂

      Cheering for you!

      – Joseph Michael

  2. I’ve used Scrivener quite a bit but I finally finished a project and updated – and had the notes on the side disappear! I totally forgot about that “i” up there.

And the Ctrl + click to select files to view as a single document will help when I’m trying to pull out only the scenes with a certain character or plot line, etc. when I combine it with split view color-coded note cards.

  3. Thank you so much for this! It was really helpful to watch before I dived into Scrivener on my own. I can’t wait to see Part 2. Again, thank you.
